Lettings and Room Hire (PHGS)


If you are interested in hiring any of our facilities at Prince Henry's - from our Sports Hall and Gym to classrooms, our dedicated Staff Development and Training Room and school halls - please see further details below.  Classrooms, halls and sporting facilities are usually available after school (from 6pm in the Sports Hall and Gym) and on Saturdays. Daytime and Sunday lettings are considered on a case by case basis, just call Pippa and talk through the options.

Our current Lettings Policy, which includes details of the basic pricing structure, is available below. The Conditions and Guidelines document details the terms and conditions for lettings at the School. Please note: if you are a business, you will be charged VAT on your letting.

Please note: lettings require you have Public Liability Insurance of at least £5m and a current health and safety policy/relevant risk assessments.

Organisations working with young people will need to provide copies of their Child Protection Policy, Disclosure information and relevant coaching certificates before a letting can be accepted.
